Having been a consultant to my clients for years, but working only a narrow IT search practice, many of my clients have asked me repeatedly how I would select and vet a search professional for them in other specialties. I was not ready for the level of calls and RFIs that I had from my from prospects and former clients to begin the year. With those queries comes the happy opportunity to do client visits and take new searches, mostly this year with new client prospects.
